Bob and Virginia Elliott started the company back in September of 2003 in the heart of Northwest Houston/Harris County with only five agents. The company now has three offices: the Spring office is located on FM 2920 just east of Kuykendahl; the Conroe office is located on Highway 105 just east of April Sound; and the newest office is located in Willis on FM 1097 at Cude Cemetary Road. The company now has over 300 agents and projects a growth to 400 agents over the next two years. Bob Elliott, our founder, was a broker for over 34 years. Virginia Elliott took over the company in May of 2010 after the sudden and untimely death of her husband Bob. Howard Walker, a licensed attorney with an active Real Estate broker’s license since 1979, became the responsible broker at that time until he purchased the company from Virginia in September of 2011. Both Virginia, when she took over the company, and Howard, since he purchased the company, have tried to stay true to the ideals and vision of the company’s founder, Bob Elliott. While Bob has been missed, we think we have steered the ship in a direction that would make him, and Virginia, smile with pride. Howard’s experience as an attorney and mediator, as well as him being a TREC approved instructor, make the company a unique place in the Real Estate industry.

The company is committed to rewarding its agents or their efforts and directing attention to the agents first, then to the Company. Positive efforts of the agent should be rewarded and the company’s image is improved when that is done. The Company does not recruit agents, but hopes that its reputation will attract agents who desire to be successful and offer the highest level of assistance to the public. Of course, our happy agents are our best recruiters! The company collects one annual fee and a small fee for each successful transaction, thus enabling the agents to receive the lion’s share of the commission for which they work so hard. The company tries to support its agents in every feasible way with educational programs, professional offices and equipment, staff/employees who care about each other and the company, and guidance from our broker/owner/attorney/mediator/teacher Howard D. Walker. We always strive to do better. That’s what makes our agent special.
