Southwest Key Programs is now hiring passionate, outstanding people to care for youth in a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding shelter environment in Conroe, Texas.

Job openings (Seasonal and Full-time Positions) include Case Manager (Seasonal & Full-time positions available), Clinician (Seasonal & Full-time positions available), Youth Care Worker (Seasonal, Relief, & Full-time positions available), Lead Security Monitor, and Licensed Vocational Nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Required) • Valid Texas drivers license, Texas I.D. or Passport
  • One year of PAID or Volunteer experience working with Children. (Please refer below to the qualifying criteria for the experience).
  • 1 year of voluntary experience must be within a year of hire, and for a minimum of 12 consecutive months;
  • A combination of voluntary and paid is acceptable as long as it’s a consecutive 12 months;
  • Paid experience has to have taken place within the past 2 years.

Clinician Requirements:

Masters degree & licensed or license-eligible in respective field (such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.

 

Case Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a social service or related field with one (1) year experience working with at-risk youth and their families, or a Master’s degree in social services or related field.

Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
