I hired Shoreline to replace my bulkhead at my Bnentwater property in Lake Conroe. They did a decent job on the bulkhead. However, they also did work on my boat lift and installed some lighting.
There were major issues after the fact with the boat lift. In fact it dropped my boat due to a rusted cable that was not replaced and should have been. When I reported this to Shoreline, the first thing they told me was that it was not their fault. I attempted to get them to make it right abut was unsuccessful. They took no responsibility and wanted to charge me to rebuild it after they had already charged me the first time.
I had major problems getting me to return my phone calls and eventually the owner got on the phone with me (after me repeatedly asking them to call me) and told me that nobody from his company would talk to me on a weekend. It was also clear they had no nearest n my satisfaction with their work.
I strongly recommend against working with shoreline until they can shore up their service practices. It’s been 2 years since they did the work for me and I have yet to hear Anything back from them since then.
