Ransom’s Steakhouse and Saloon is a true Texas country-style steakhouse with great bar selections, live bands and a large dance floor. Featured very prominently as you enter our establishment is the world’s largest mounted Texas Longhorn, “El Jefe”, measuring almost 97 inches for tip to tip.

Staying true to our roots, we offer the many flavors of Texas through the meats, cheeses, and wines on our menu.  From our customer’s everyday favorites of Chicken Fried Steak and Catfish to our Texas Venison Chili, Ransom’s serves only high quality food made from scratch.

Located in Buffalo Springs, Ransom’s Steakhouse and Saloon offers a family dining experience with Old West charm. The menu includes hamburgers, wings, steak, fish, and chicken. Ransom’s offers a full bar with live local musicians on weekends. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
