Park On The Lake on Highway 830 in Willis,Texas is a very dangerous place to stay! While their web site claims to be a FAMILY FRIENDLY RV park, with no mention of pets, but they are also a DOG FRIENDLY RV park, accepting all dogs, breeds and sizes. However you won’t find out they are a DOG FRIENDLY park unless you are looking for one on the Internet.

On November 12, 2012 my friend was attacked and severely mauled by a tethered pit bull in this park in a common area between to trailers. The women who owned the pit bull had no insurance and is on Social Security Disability.
My friend’s medical bills are over $10,000 just for her emergency treatment.
Park on the Lake feels they have no responsibility in this attack. You can read and see photo’s of my friend’s attack at:

Stay away from this dangerous park and be sure to read all the other reviews of this park at all the other web site’s before you decide to stay here.

      Thomas,
Your friend was not attacked in a common area between two RV’s. Your friend was attacked by a dog that belonged to the lady you were visiting. According to what I have read on dogsbite.org, you had knowledge of the dogs background and were aware that you were visiting someone with an unfriendly dog. As you have been told by many lawyers the RV Park was not responsible for your friends attack. We are truly sorry that your friend has had to endure the pain she has and wish her a full recovery.
