I live on the main lake in Point Aquarius & suffered major damage to my already aging bulkhead from Hurricane Ike in 2008. After many calls to the local then established companies with no call back, I contacted & contracted with Key Largo Construction. The complete replacement was done while the lake was still full in early 09, but when the lake level dropped from the drought there were a few large gaps in the vertical ship lap boards that occured during the replacement. This was after the warranty period had expired, but I contacted Stuart Cummings, he inspected the bulkhead, heard my concerns, & at no cost to me made what I felt were proper repairs to the areas in question.
