If you are bored
with the Mexican Chain Restaraunts that serve their own brand of mexican food,
then go to El Bosque and enjoy real Mexican cuisine, not the watered down
version you get at some other restaurants. EL Bosque Mexican restauraunt is
where I go to eat El cazador quail, and other authentic Mexican Dishes like
Guanajuato. On the weekends they serve an inexpensive Mexican breakfast, and
they have a dish called Menudo, a traditional Mexican dish sometimes referred to
as breakfast for the night before. In short El Bosque is everything you could
ever want out of a Mexican restauraunt featuring the perfect blend of
authenticity with a Texas twang!
