Boat News: Last week's dinner sail went from 3 boats to 1 very quickly. John had a last minute business call and I had motor trouble and couldn't get out of the slip. None the less, with about 9 aboard, Brad sailed, the remainder of us drove to Pueblo Viejo and a good time was had by all.
You can tell the sailing season is here. On Saturday there was an impromptu dinner sail which eventually totaled 4 boats and about 20+ people coming by land and water; great turnout.
Weather: Tuesday; Partly cloudy with wind SSE @ 13-20kn and 10-20% chance of evening showers
Port-of-Call: For those who came last week on Tuesday, you may know that Tuesday night at Pueblo Viejo is Karaoke night. I have received a request by a member to return there this week to possibly be entertained by a fellow sailor and friends. So, same time, same place for this week.
As usual, boats generally try to leave the dock by 5:30 so if you want to sail or crew try to be at the Seven Coves dock by 5:00PM on Tuesday and be sure to send me an email by noon on Tuesday if you will be coming so I can alert the restaurant.
